former Gobblers bowling tournament fights Alzheimers
One of the winning teams at the 2nd Annual Marcie's Strikeout Alzheimer's Baker Shootout that was held last weekend In Wisconsin. Former Gobbler Chris Gerber ran the tourney again in memory of his mom Marcia who lost her battle with the deadly disease and was a long-time bowler at Aitkin Lanes.
This year's tournament raised $9,45.01 this year for Alzheimer research bringing the two-year total to nearly $15,000. Congratulations to all the winners and to Chris who keeps his mother's memory alive with this great event.
