****Thoughts from the Gobblers
Isaiah Baker-"It was a very fun day. Our 4x100 relay team finishing second wasn't expected so we are all excited about that for Sections. The triple jump was something else. I feel that watching a lot of professional jumpers jump and then visualizing my jumps has really helped me improve. Getting that 45.1 jump was huge for me. I didn't believe the number when I first heard it actually."
Brita Westman-"I'm super excited with how I did in my events today, especially the 100! It's so rewarding to be able to stand next to my teammate Tika on the podium. I'm proud of the whole team. So many people have made it to Sections this year."
Tika May-I was not very impressed with my performances today. I was hoping to get second in my two hurdling events but took third instead with slow times. I did qualify for Sections in all three events so that's nice. Our 4x100 relay did really good."
